Watched a video of our 4.17.21 Kickoff riders pulling out and heading to see Custer Monument in New Rumley, Ohio.

Attendance
There were 14 members and officers in attendance.

Old Business

  • Kicked off our season on April 17th and we are well under way with three rides completed and over 400 miles logged safely.

  • Wanda discussed that our Membership Director position remains open and we are looking for a volunteer.

 New Business

  • National IMRG Officer Meeting was held on April 20th.

    • IMRG Traveling Box has been through CA, now in AZ; and targeted for SD in June.

    • The box is essentially a time capsule and we looking for input on what we should put in it as a chapter.

    • Will need to work the box into a chapter ride when it gets to us and coordinate with other chapters for transfer.

  • 2021 Rocker Patches - Members were notified to contact Wanda if they wanted their 2021 rocker patch.

    • Order for 8 patches given to Jeana, with a few extra if you missed the deadline.

    • Patches should be available by the next ride on Saturday, May 15th.

Lunch – Jimmy’s Backyard BBQ Carrollton (takeout)

      • Great ride for early in the year. We had some small issues staying together in Louisville.

      • We don’t need a mid Sweeper and mid Lead in a large group - just a lead. We need to put that person in the middle of the group! That person does need to know where they are going!

    • Sunday 4/25/21 Barber of Seville (Tom led, Wanda swept)

      • 9 bikes started; 5 for lunch.

      • Lunch was at the Blue Heron Café in Massillon.

      • A few GPS issues, but operator and bike issues now resolved!

    • Saturday 5/1/21 Lakes Ride (Tom led, John swept)

      • 7 bikes attended the ride.

      • Lunched at the Western Grill in Bowerston - Awesome!

      • Chilly, but a great ride as temperatures climbed throughout the day.
