New Waiver Signing Process Approved

By Kevin Irwin - Webmaster

When you attend your next group ride, signing your ride waiver will look a little different. Indian Motorcycle approved our new ride waiver sign-in process, which will reduce ride-day sign-in time and maintain important emergency contact information.

Our new waiver process uses QR codes that allows your smart phone to access forms and information.

For our registered members, all we need is your name and signature. However, non-members and all minors are required to complete the paper form.

Collecting emergency contact information is vital to our chapter. To that end, a simple online data collection form was created. The form can be accessed on ride day using a QR code included with our sign-in forms.

Thanks to Jeana at Bair’s Indian Motorcycle for helping us get the needed approvals from Indian Motorcycle Corporate.

Thanks to all the members who provided feedback in our year-end survey that this process needed improvement.
